Kelseys' 4 Cheese Spinach Dip

Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon freshly grated Romano cheese
1 tablespoon very finely chopped red bell pepper
1 green onion, both white and green parts finely chopped
1/2 package (10 ounce size) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 cup grated medium Cheddar cheese
1 pinch cayenne pepper

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Combine the cream cheese, garlic powder, Parmesan, and Romano in a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until well mixed.

Add the red bell pepper and green onion and mix on medium-low until just mixed in.

Add the spinach and mix on low speed for 1 minute.

Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish. Sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese and cayenne pepper.

Place the dip in the oven and bake at 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are bubbly.

Remove the dish from the oven and let the spinach dip sit for 5-7 minutes before serving. Serve with fried or baked pita wedges or tortilla chips.
