Ingredients: 1 pound ground pork 2 tablespoons medium hot chili powder 1 tablespoon sweet paprika 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander 1/2 teaspoon crushed dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/4 cup cider vinegar
Directions: Combine dry ingredients in small bowl and mix well.
In a large bowl, sprinkle vinegar over ground pork. Mix well. Sprinkle all of dry ingredients over ground pork. Mix well, kneading mixture until dry ingredients are well combined into the ground pork. Place in an airtight container overnight in fridge to allow flavors to combine and develop.
Form into small patties and cook in frying pan using a little cooking oil of your choice, if needed.
Ground beef or ground turkey may be substituted for ground pork.
