Ingredients: 1 teaspoon butter 2 eggs grated Gruyere cheese 1/4 cup hot, heavy cream
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In an individual heatproof ramekin or small baking cup, melt butter. Break eggs into it and cook over low heat for 1 minute. Cover eggs with grated Gruyere cheese and pour hot cream over the top.
Place the ramekin in a pan of hot water and bake until eggs are set and the cheese is melted.
