Directions: Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the avocado flesh out from the skin using a spoon. Cut the avocado into small chunks and place in a bowl.
Stir the salsa and sour cream into the avocado and mix until the desired consistency is reached (depending how chunky you want the sauce).
Use immediately or cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
