Cherry Summer Fruit Pudding

Ingredients:
1 pound cherries
6 tablespoons sugar, to taste
1 egg
1 carton (5 fl oz size) sour cream
1 teaspoon flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Stone cherries and sprinkle with half the sugar. Beat egg and sour cream together. Add remaining sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Pour mixture over the cherries, mix well.

Put in a baking dish and cook in a medium hot oven for about 30 minutes. Black currants or blueberries are an excellent substitute for cherries.
