Directions: For Crab Cakes: Combine all ingredients but breadcrumbs and oil in bowl. Form crab cake to approximately 2 oz. patties. After the cakes have been formed, roll them lightly in the bread crumbs.
Saute the cakes in oil on medium high heat. Cook until golden brown. Cook on each side for approximately 3 minutes.
For Sherry Mustard: Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve over crab cakes.
