Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter, melted 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1 package (10 ounce size) chopped frozen spinach 1 can (7 ounce size) crab meat, drain 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions: In a small skillet, melt the butter and saute the onion for 4 to 5 minutes. Set aside.
In a saucepan, bring the spinach to a boil, cover and cook for 1 minute. Drain well and add to the butter mixture.
Flake the crab meat, removing any bits of cartilage. Mix the crab meat and the cheese with the spinach.
Heat and serve in a chafing dish with crackers or Melba toast rounds.
