Ingredients: 3 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
Directions: Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cauliflower and garlic. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes to coat in the butter.
Sprinkle the cauliflower with the parsley and lemon-pepper seasoning.
Cook, stirring, for 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is lightly browned and tender. Serve hot.
