Ingredients: 1 package (18 ounce size) devil's food cake mix with pudding 1 package (5.1 ounce size) instant chocolate pudding mix 1 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup vegetable oil 4 large eggs 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided 1/2 cup heavy cream pecan halves for garnish
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease and flour a 10- by 4-inch Bundt pan.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil and eggs. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed with an electric mixer. Stir in 2 cups chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
In a small heavy saucepan, combine cream and 1 cup chocolate chips. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, just until chocolate melts. Cool 15 minutes.
Drizzle chocolate glaze over the cake. Garnish with pecans. Let stand at least 1 hour before serving.
