
Classic Tuna Salad

1 can (6 ounce size) solid white tuna in water, drained well
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
3 tablespoons mayonnaise, more if needed
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine the tuna, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix gently so it is combined and the tuna is flaked.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
To serve, place on a bed of lettuce or make a sandwich with bread, croissants, or soft buns.
