fresh basil

Directions:
Instead of using all your basil now, freeze a lot of it!

Layer the leaves on a cookie sheet and place in the freezer. When they are frozen, put them in zipper plastic bags.

That way, you'll have the benefit of your own homegrown basil all year round!
