Ingredients: 1 1/4 cup apple cider, warmed to 80 degrees F 2 tablespoons butter, softened 3 cups white bread flour 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions: Combine the ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer. Select white bread setting with a light crust.
When the bake cycle completes, remove the pan from the bread machine and let it cool for 10 minutes. Remove the bread from the pan and let cool completely on a wire rack before slicing and storing. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or freeze.
