Ingredients: 6 ears fresh corn in husks 6 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon chili powder 2 limes, zest of 3 teaspoons salt
Directions: Pull back husks on corn ears and remove corn silks, leaving the husks intact. Melt the butter and add the chili powder and lime zest. Stir to combine.
Brush the corn with the chili lime butter. Sprinkle the salt on the corn on all sides. Return the husk back around the corn.
Grill the corn right on the grill over medium low heat. Allow the husks to singe to give the corn a smoky flavor. Turn the corn to cook evenly for about 30 minutes.
