Ingredients: 4 boneless duck breasts with skin on 1 red bell pepper, julienned 1 spanish onion julienned 1/2 carrot julienned 4 shiitake mushrooms julienned ***Asian Sauce*** 1 teaspoon simbal (asian chili sauce) 3 teaspoons tomato ketchup 2 teaspoons brown sugar
Directions: Render duck breasts (skin down first) in a non-stick pan until golden brown; flip, remove and cook in oven for 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees F (save fat from duck).
In same pan throw in julienned vegetables cook until golden brown. Remove from the heat.
Add sauce and incorporate with vegetables.
