Ingredients: 2 pounds carrots, sliced 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup pineapple juice 1 can (20 ounce size) pineapple chunks, drained
Directions: Place carrots, salt, butter, and pineapple juice in pressure cooker. Bring to full pressure and cook for 3 minutes.
Quick-release pressure. Add pineapple chunks and heat through.
