Ingredients: 1 3/4 teaspoon unsalted butter, melted 4 frozen white dinner rolls, thawed 2 1/2 teaspoons salad seasoning 1 can (10 ounce size) crabmeat 1/4 cup fat-free Thousand Island salad dressing PLUS 1 tablespoon fat-free Thousand Island salad dressing 4 lettuce leaves
Directions: Coat the bottom of a baking pan with melted butter. Stretch each roll to about 6 inches. Place rolls in pan and coat with butter. Sprinkle with seasoning and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise 1-1/2 to 2 hours, or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake 20 minutes, or until golden. Remove from pan. Let cool and split each breadstick in half lengthwise. Combine crabmeat and dressing in a bowl. Fill breadsticks with crab mixture and lettuce.
