
15 Minute Parmesan Pasta

1 box (12 ounce size) pasta, your favorite style
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until it is fragrant and just starting to brown a little (do not let it burn). Remove the skillet from the heat and let the garlic sit in the warm oil.
Cook the pasta as directed on the package. Drain well and place in a serving bowl.
Pour the garlic and oil over the pasta. Add the grated cheese and toss to coat the pasta in the oil and cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
