Ingredients: 2 cups grapes 1/2 cup sugar (can vary to taste, this is on tart side but good) boiling water to fill quart jar
Directions: Wash grapes and remove stems.
Fill Quart canning jars to neck. Process in hot water bath for 15 minutes.
Allow to set for at least 30 days, longer is better. We have used some that was canned a year ago. Strain when serving unless you like bits and pieces.
