Ingredients: 1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk 2/3 cup chocolate syrup 1 pint heavy whipping cream, chilled
Directions: Place the whipping cream in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until whipped and firm.
Combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate syrup in a bowl. Mix well.
Fold in the whipped cream until just mixed.
Line a 9x5 loaf pan with aluminum foil. Pour the cream mixture into the pan and cover tightly with plastic wrap and a layer of foil.
Place the pan in the freezer and freeze for 5-6 hours or until firm. This can also be made in an ice cream maker, following your machine manufacturer's directions.
