Dipping Sauce for Egg Rolls

Serves/Makes: 1.5 cups    |   Ready In: 30-60 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons grated horseradish
1 piece (1/2-inch size) ginger, peeled and chopped
OR
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions:
Combine the marmalade, orange juice, and lemon juice in a blender and process until smooth. Add the mustard, horseradish, and ginger. Process until combined.

Transfer the sauce to a covered container and chill until ready to use (or at least 30 minutes). Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
