
Simple Ponzu Sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce
6 tablespoons mirin (rice wine)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 cup rice vinegar
Whisk together the soy sauce, mirin, lemon juice, lime juice, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
Use the ponzu sauce immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
