
Stir-Fry Seasoning Mix

1/4 cup chicken bouillon granules
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
2 tablespoons dried minced garlic
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Combine the bouillon granules, cornstarch, sugar, onion, garlic, parsley, ginger and red pepper in a jar or other airtight container. Store up to 1 month in a cool place.
To use, combine 1 tablespoon of the mixture with 1/4 cup liquid (water, broth, etc) and let stand for 3-5 minutes.
Add to stir-fried vegetables or meats and cook, stirring constantly over medium-high heat until the sauce thickens.
