Directions: Put cream into blender. Cover. Blend on the second lowest speed until cream thickens around blades.
While continuing to blend, pour ice water through opening in lid. On the fourth lowest speed, blend 2 minutes longer or until butter forms.
Salt lightly if desired, or leave unsalted.
Turn butter into a strainer to drain. Pack into a butter mold or form into squares and chill.
