
Whipped Milk Chocolate Frosting

Serves/Makes: 1.33 cup | Ready In: 30-60 minutes
1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
1 cup milk chocolate pieces, chips or chopped chocolate bars
Heat the cream in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring just to a boil then remove from the heat. Add the chocolate and stir well. Let stand for 1 minute then beat the mixture with a spoon until smooth and the chocolate has completely melted.
Let the mixture cool completely. When cool, beat the frosting with an electric mixer on high speed until it is thick and fluffy.
Spread on cooled cake or cupcakes.
