Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 can (5 ounce size) evaporated milk 1/2 cup butter 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 cups miniature marshmallows 1/4 cup water 1 package (12 ounce) milk chocolate chips
Directions: In a large saucepan combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt.
Over medium heat, bring to a boil and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens slightly, about 8 minutes.
Add marshmallows and water and stir until marshmallows are melted.
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips.
Spread evenly into wax paper lined 9 inch square pan. Chill 3 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off paper, and cut into squares.
