Directions: Prepare cake batter as directed on package. Pour batter into cones about 3/4ths full. Stand cones in muffin tins. Bake about 15 minutes at 350F or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool.
Put frosting into decorating bag with star tip. Swirl the frosting around the top to resemble soft-serve ice cream. Add sprinkles.
