Ingredients: 1 package flour tortillas cooking oil 1 package (19.5 ounce size) brownie mix 1/2 cup oil 1/4 cup water 2 eggs 1/4 cup powdered sugar 24 red hot candies 24 black jelly beans 2 cups shredded coconut orange food coloring green food coloring
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare brownie mix as according to directions. Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Combine brownie mix, 1/2 cup oil, eggs and red hots in mixing bowl until all ingredients are moist. Spread into greased pan and bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven. Cool. For quicker Brownie Tacos you can used purchased brownies. When cool, cut brownies into 2 x 2-inch pieces.
Fry tortillas in small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. When tortilla shells are crisp and golden brown, remove from heat and place on a paper towel to drain. Sprinkle tortillas with powdered sugar while they are still warm.
Crumble a 2 x 2-inch piece of brownie and place in taco shell. Color some of the coconut with a few drops of orange food coloring (to look like cheese). Repeat with green food coloring on remaining coconut (lettuce). Sprinkle orange and green coconut over brownie. Garnish with red hots (salsa) and black jelly beans (olives).
