Ingredients: 1/4 cup cooked tender beef roast 1/4 cup cooked carrots (fresh, frozen, or canned) 1/4 cup cooked green peas (fresh, frozen, or canned) 1/4 cup cooked and mashed potatoes
Directions: Combine the cooked beef, cooked carrots, cooked peas, and cooked potatoes in a food processor. Process until smooth.
If desired, press the beef stew through a strainer. Serve the baby beef stew immediately or place in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat if desired before serving.
