1 large ripe banana, mashed
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped raisins or mini chocolate chips
Combine and mix well.
Use as a spread on toast or as a sandwich filling. Can also use as a dip with cookies or crackers.
