
Pork And Cashews

1 1/2 pound boneless pork, cut into strips
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 pound roasted cashews
  steamed rice
Combine the pork, soy sauce, garlic, and brown sugar in a crock pot. Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours or high heat for 1-2 hours, or until the pork is cooked. 
 During the last 30 minutes of cook time, add the cashews. Mix well. 
 Serve the pork over steamed rice.
