Ingredients: 4 pounds kielbasa, sliced 1 can (15 ounce size) sauerkraut, well drained 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1 can (12 ounce size) beer
Directions: Place the kielbasa and sauerkraut in the crock pot. Sprinkle with the brown sugar. Slowly pour the beer in.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours or until heated through. You can also cook this on high for 1-2 hours.
To serve, remove the kielbasa and sauerkraut with a slotted spoon. Serve as is or on buns.
