
Dump Pepper Lime Chicken

1/2 teaspoon lime peel
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup lime juice
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 pieces chicken
Combine the grated lime peel, minced garlic, lime juice, black pepper, vegetable oil, dried basil, salt, and chicken pieces in a zip-top freezer bag.
Press out any air and seal the bag. Freeze.
The night before you plan to cook it, let it thaw overnight in the fridge.
In the morning, dump all the ingredients from the bag into the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
