Ingredients: 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut in half lengthwise 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon sour cream 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon lemon zest 2 teaspoons capers, finely chopped 2 teaspoons fine-chopped fresh dill, plus 12 dill sprigs for garnish 6 medium to large cooked, shelled, deveined shrimp, chopped fine
Directions: Remove yolks and mash with mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice and zest, capers, chopped dill and shrimp. Use to fill indentations in whites. Garnish with a sprig of dill.
Cook's Notes: You can substitute 3 tbsp smoked salmon for the shrimp, plus extra slivers of salmon for garnish.
