Ingredients: 4 egg yolks 1/3 cup sugar 1 cup milk 1 vanilla bean, split 1 ounce Grand Marnier liqueur
Directions: Combine egg yolk with sugar. Stir into cool milk. Add vanilla bean. Heat until thick. Do not boil.
Let cool. Remove vanilla bean then stir in liqueur. Delicious served over ice cream or pound cake.
