
Five Cup Salad

1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1 cup pineapple chunks, well drained
1 cup mandarin oranges, well drained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
Combine the sour cream, coconut, pineapple, and oranges in a large bowl and mix until the ingredients are well distributed. Fold in the miniature marshmallows.
Place the salad in the refrigerator for one hour (at least) to chill before serving.
