10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mild salsa
2 green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Thoroughly drain the spinach and squeeze dry.
In a food processor, combine the spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Process until pureed.
Place the spinach mixture in a container with cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until thickened.
Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving and let stand at room temperature.
Serve the dip with breadstick bones.
