Serves/Makes: 4 | Ready In: < 30 minutes
1 1/2 pound sea bass fillets
1 can (10.5 ounce size) cream of shrimp soup
2 cups crushed buttery round crackers, like Ritz
1 cup small, raw shrimp (or chopped shrimp if large)
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce, or to taste
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a shallow baking dish that's large enough to hold the fish in a single layer.
Place the fish in the baking dish. Spread the cream of shrimp soup evenly over the fillets. Sprinkle the tops with the crushed crackers.
In a bowl, combine the shrimp, melted butter, onion, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and lemon juice. Mix well. Spread the mixture evenly over the layer of cracker crumbs.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve immediately.
