Cherry Pineapple Muffins

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice
1 cup (8 ounce size) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1/4 cup coarsely chopped maraschino cherries
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
In a large bowl, add and combine well: eggs, sugar, butter, cherry juice, pineapple, and almond extract.
In a small bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients and fold together gently until mixed.
Spoon into prepared pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove and cool.
