
Bell Pepper Slaw

4 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
2 cups red bell pepper, julienned
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon celery seeds
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
