Ingredients: 3 potatoes, peeled and cut julienne (like for French fries) 1 teaspoon Worcestershire powder (or sauce if not available) 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 1 cup chopped onions 1/2 cup half and half (or light whipping cream) paprika
Directions: Lay potatoes in shallow baking pan in single layer. Sprinkle tops of potatoes with everything else. Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake at 425 degrees F for 60 minutes.
