Beer Bread

Serves/Makes: 1 loaf    |   Ready In: 30-60 minutes

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 can beer

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Quickly mix all ingredients together and spoon into a greased loaf tin and top with grated cheese. A large loaf tin will take 1 hour but smaller tins 35-40 minutes.

Of course, it can be topped with anything besides cheese and also good is to place half the mixture in the tin and spoon on a layer of stuffing, i.e. sun-dried tomatoes, onion marmalade, spinach leaves, pitted olives
