Easy-Bake Oven Crazy Cake

Ingredients:
4 1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1 dash salt
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon water
Directions:
Grease the Easy-Bake Oven cake pan (or another 6x4-inch shallow baking dish) lightly with butter or shortening (or spray with non-stick cooking spray).
Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl and stir until mixed.
Add the vanilla, vinegar, and oil and mix just to combine.
Spoon the cake batter into the prepared cake pan. Pour the water over the cake batter and mix very gently with a fork.
Place in the Easy-Bake oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Frost if desired.
