
Easy Enchilada Sauce

2 cups tomato sauce
3 cups cool water
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
3 tablespoons chili powder
4 tablespoons cornstarch
Add the tomato sauce to a saucepan over medium heat.
In a bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cornstarch. Slowly whisk in some water until the cornstarch mixture is smooth. Add the remaining water and cornstarch mixture to the saucepan.
Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce comes to a boil and begins to thicken. Remove from the heat, let cool slightly, and use as desired.
