Ingredients: 1 can (10.75 ounce size) tomato soup, divided 1 1/2 pound ground beef 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup minced onions 1 egg 1 teaspoon salt 1 clove garlic, minced 1/8 teaspoon oregano, crushed 1 package Mozzarella cheese
Directions: Mix all ingredients, but only 1/4 cup of the soup, thoroughly in a large bowl.
Place a square of foil on a cookie sheet. Put the hamburger mixture on the foil. Pat out the meat firmly into a 10 inch circle about 1/2 inch thick. Build a stand-up rim about 1 inch high all around the edge of the circle. This makes a meat "crust" for your pizza (be sure to make the meat rim high enough and firm enough so that it will prevent the meat juices and soup sauce from bubbling over). Turn up the edges of the foil to catch drippings. Spread the rest of the tomato soup over meat. Top hamburger crust with Mozzarella cheese and more oregano and mushrooms. Bake at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes or until done.
