Ingredients: 7 ounces spaghetti pasta, cooked and drained 1 3/4 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded 1 1/2 cup chopped cooked turkey 2 ounces diced pimiento, undrained 1 small green bell pepper, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of celery soup, undiluted 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions: Combine the pasta, 1 1/4 cups of the cheese cheese and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon into a lightly greased 11 x 7 baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
