Ingredients: 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken 2 cups cooked wild rice (directions on pkg.) 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup 1/2 soup can milk salt and pepper
Directions: Heat oven to 350*. Mix all ingredients; place in greased 2 qt. baking dish. Bake 30 min.
Note; Cooked white or brown rice may be substituted for all or part of the wild rice.
