Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter, softened 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
Directions: Combine the butter and chives in a bowl and mix until well blended. Transfer the butter mixture to a piece of waxed paper and form into a log shape. Roll the waxed paper around the butter. Place in the refrigerator until firm.
To use, slice off amount needed. Store the butter in the refrigerator.
