Ingredients: ***Crab Cakes*** 2 containers crab meat 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, MIXED WITH 1/4 cup water 3 medium tomatoes 3 hard-boiled eggs 8 ounces fresh cream 1 tablespoon salt 1/4 tablespoon white pepper 1 1/2 tablespoon mustard powder cucumber ***Liberal Gin Sauce*** 1 cup mayonnaise 3 tablespoons tomato sauce 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 ounces fresh cream 2 tablespoons gin
Directions: For Crab Cakes: Mix the gelatin and water. Let rest for 10 minutes for the gelatin to be dissolved.
Mix in the crab, the tomatoes (peeled and delicately chopped), salt, the hard eggs (peeled and delicately chopped, ground white pepper, and mustard powder. Add the gelatin mixture. Put in the refrigerator until solid.
Next, whip fresh cream then add it to the mixture. Pour all the ingredients in a Charlotte mold and let it freeze.
Serve with some slices of cucumber and the liberal gin sauce.
For Liberal Gin Sauce: Mix in a bowl the mayonnaise and the tomato sauce. Add the Worcestershire sauce, the lemon juice, the fresh cream and the gin.
