Boston Market Saucer Sized Chocolate Chip Cookies
CDKitchen https://www.cdkitchen.com
Serves/Makes: 16    |   Ready In: 1-2 hrs

Ingredients:
4 ounces Nestle's milk chocolate
4 ounces Baker's German sweet chocolate
4 ounces Dove milk chocolate
your own cookie dough recipe

Directions:
Combine the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until melted.

Grease a 9-inch metal pan. Pour the chocolate into the pan and then refrigerate until set. When firm, break into gravel-sized pieces.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Add the chopped chocolate to your favorite cookie dough recipe. Use 1/3 cup of the dough per cookie. Place on a baking sheet and flatten to about 3 1/2-inches in diameter.

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 16-18 minutes or until lightly browned (they will look a little underdone). Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes when done and then transfer to a cooling rack. Store cookies in an airtight container.
