Arsenic and Old Lace's Cranberry Baked Pancakes CDKitchen https://www.cdkitchen.com Serves/Makes: 4 | Ready In: 30-60 minutes
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup pancake batter (homemade or packaged mix) 1 tablespoon butter, melted 1 cup Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and sliced 1/3 cup cranberries, fresh or frozen 3 tablespoons maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions: Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare pancake mix according to package directions and set aside.
Pour melted butter in 9" pie plate. Place apple slices in bottom of pie plate; arrange cranberries on top of apples.
Sprinkle cinnamon and drizzle syrup over apples; carefully pour batter on top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until top springs back when touched. Loosen edges and invert onto serving plate. Cut in wedges and serve with warm maple syrup or fresh apple butter.
